[cvsnt] Exactly which CVSNT files are needed for a client only???

No, as I said before, you don't have to screw anything up to get files
directly from the MSI. Just run it like this and will merely ask you
for a location to extract (almost) all files to:

msiexec /a cvsnt-2.5.03.2221.msi
