[cvsnt] Exactly which CVSNT files are needed for a client only???

No, it only extracts the files. It's originally intended to be a
preparatory step for making available the setup on the network.

You will still need to get the uninsthlp.exe, MS-libs and the
Wintendo-support files from the binary and sysfiles packages
respectively as these are not extracted from the MSI for various
reasons.
