[cvsnt] Authentication Failure on CVSNT

I have CVSNT 2.0.11 on SSPI protocol (passwd file) and everything was working. All of a sudden we got the pop for windows, outlook etc to change the password. We changed the password and when tried to access CVS, it started showing Authentication failed error.
   
  Looks like either Windows is not able to provide correct password to WinCVS or WinCVS is not able to provide correct password to CVSNT.
   
  Please guide me to fix the issue.
