Don't do this!!! Branches are too important to be deleted because
afterwards you will lose all knowledge of the branch development.
Why do you want to delete it?

What you can do is to rename the branch by using the CVSNT branch
alias command so hat it is obvious that the branch is not to be used.
For example rename 'Branch_Test1' to 'Removed_Branch_Test1'
