[cvsnt] Re: Setting up cvsnt server on Windows XP

I took the advice from another post and removed the Venturi software from 
the IP stack.  This seems to have fixed my problem.  Well at least I get 
past the -1 error and now when connecting using pserver it tells me that no 
such user nickdu in CVSROOT/passwd so I think I'm on my way to getting it up 
and running.
