Actually , our cvsgraph IS a 1.5.1 :

And it does not provide any merge point information :(.

Version 1.6 are only available in testing and unstable Debian releases.

Anything particular to set up with this 1.5.1 version of cvsgraph to
make it work with cvsnt ?
