This is NOT what you said you used!
With this configuration your connection string (CVSROOT) should read:
:sspi:myserver:/Apps (replace myserver with true PC name)
or if you want to emulate another user:
:sspi:myname at myserver:/Apps
but then you also first (once) must do a cvs login

Why??? This setting is NOT the default and if used requires special
administrative configurations in Active Directory!
You should use the default setting "run as client user"
