You are probably referring to the way WinCvs handles add and import.
It is NOT an issue for CVSNT and also it is NOT an Error, it is a
Warning designed to tell you that the file might not be a text file
and should be treated as a binary file. If you know what you are doing
you can disregard the message. But it is still the wrong list...
