What to verify into the email system ?

Here is details in the email settings of cvsnt plugins configuration :

Default email domain : ntb-r0-mln01

the checbox : use internal SMTP client is actived and
 SMTP Server = smtp.wanadoo.fr

Mails can be sent to this smtp server from the computer where CVSNT is 
running.

What to do else ?
