Has been spelled out many times that you have to uninstall any CVSNT
installation if you are switching to the MSI installer.
But you won't lose any server settings or repository files, everything
is back after you install again from the package of your choosing.

Previous to the CVSNT Wiki rebuild there was a link to a file named
sysfiles.zip and which contained the system files needed in addition
to the binaries posted on the download page. This file contains the
dbghelp.dll file and is the one I package with the Innosetup CVSNT
installer I maintain. Unfortunately it is now gone...

If you like I could email you the zip file so you can get the dll from
there.

But on the other hand:
- Add/Remove Programs
- Uninstall CVSNT (by now you probably have two entries there)
- Reboot
- Then run the CVSNT installer again (MSI or InnoSetup)

I think you will be OK now.
