Hello. :0)
We have some binary files as part of our project that we would like to be
able to lock, so that only one person at a time can commit changes to the
file. I've heard that edit -kc or edit -kx would allow this, however when I
try this through the command line on WinCVS, it tells me that the options
are not valid:
edit: invalid option -- k
Usage: cvs edit [-cflRz] [files...]
-c: Check that working files are unedited
-f: Force edit if working files are edited (default)
-l: Local directory only, not recursive
-R: Process directories recursively (default)
-a: Specify what actions for temporary watch, one of
edit,unedit,commit,all,none
-z: Compress base revision copies
(Specify the --help global option for a list of other help options)
I was wondering if anyone could help me out.
Thanks,
Frank
