[cvsnt] Loose execution permission when tag or commit a file

I user cvsnt on a redhat server.
I have imported file for older cvs repository.
Some files have the execution bit (a+x)
Chekout from other linux client works fine (i mean the file permission is
a+x)
but if i put a tag (from linux or windows client) the permemssion bot of
the file is loosed on the server

The cvs server version is :
Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Build 2151
(client/server)

Any idea ?
