[cvsnt] checksum failure after patch???

P boost/graph/plod_generator.hpp
cvs update: checksum failure after patch to 
boost/graph/plod_generator.hpp; will refetch

what can cause this error.  I get it every once in a while when 
attempting to update a huge tree from SourceForge.  It screws up my 
resultant run (which attempts to run every 30 minutes) and never 
seems to correct itself.  I have to go into the sandbox on my system 
and manually to get rid of the problem.
