[cvsnt] Fork Protocol already missing

Hello,

I read a Post that sometimes are Problems with the fork Protocol.
I'd installed the CVSNT on my host, without any previous Version and I've
the following
Error Message:

unrecognized auth response from dev3d01: fork protocol library is missing
entry pointI LOVE YOU

I read that I have to install the Library, but where can I get it?

Using CVSNT 2.5.03 Build 2260 with Win2000.
