Figured it out. Added subdirs:
protocols
triffers
xdiff

Files with changed names:
*_protocol.dll -> *.dll
*_trigger.dll -> *.dll

It now works fine again. :-)
Except I cannot see my recently uploaded files yet, an ISP problem...
