[cvsnt] DEFAULT and ALL handling in taginfo

I'm seeing what I think is some odd handling of DEFAULT and ALL in taginfo.

If the pattern is matched, then the match and ALL are being called.
Good  :-)

But, if the pattern is not matched, ALL is being called, but DEFAULT is not.
If there's no match, shouldn't DEFAULT and ALL be called?
