[cvsnt] Update Error: cvs [update aborted]: writing to server socket: error -1

Where we saw it was when we switched from a Linux server to a cvsNT 
server.  If the repository file had a full path in it starting with /, 
that would work on the Linux box but gave this error on the Windows 
server.  Fixing the repository files to be relative (and match what is 
in the server) fixed the error.
