[cvsnt] cvstreedefault problem in cvsweb.conf

This is the support list for the Open Source version of CVSNT, not 
WinCVS or ViewCV (I'm not sure which product you're using).  Try the 
support list for the product you're using and you'll likely get a better 
response.
