[cvsnt] warning message during checkout

It appears both during a checkout over an existing working folder, a new
location, and during an update operation.
The strange thing is that it not appears always on the same folders
during subsequent checkouts/updates...
Exactly the same problem appears also using TortoiseCVS instead of
WinCVS as a client.
