[cvsnt] Using loginfo

I have an alternate site where i also keep this page and it is 
not shown as a "personal" site.
But just now that server seems to be down.

The cvsnt wiki is a problem for me, I have never come to grips 
with how it works except for a very brief period a few years back 
when I created the page about migrating repositories from Linux 
to CVSNT on Windows.

So I guess it is not so easy for me to import it into the wiki. :-(

Would it be possible to put Bo's instructions into the wiki in place of the 'way old' version.
I am unable to access Bo's documents as my employer's web access proxy blocks it believing it to be a personal site.  (I'm sure there's no personal slight intended - I think it's categorizing everything on Telia as personal)

This guide is way old!
