[cvsnt] Couldn't open default trigger library

I downloaded the cvsnt-2.5.03.2382-bin.zip, extracted its contents and did not find any "default_trigger.dll".

It really looks like this file as been removed from the build process.

It appears to be a bug in the installer...
You can get the missing dll from the precompiled binaries package:
