[cvsnt] cvs server: Script execution failed: Permission denied

I have just set up a Server on Windows 2003 Server, when I try and run a
batch file in my CVS\loginfo file it says script execution failed, the
server is running as client-user and I am guess it because they don't
have write permissons on the Server, does anybody know a workaround so I
can continue to run batch files from my loginfo file?
