[cvsnt] Problem with sserver connection

Hi,
I just installed CVSNET on a Windows 2003 Server.
I created a user "cvsuder" an set the rights to acces the repisitory.
But when I try to test the connection using sserver or pserver, i always get
the message :

cvs [login aborted]: cvsuser: Switch to user failed due to configuration
error.

It seemes to be a problem with the user running the cvsnt service?
I choosed "run as client" in the cvsnt settings (and anything else there)
Would be nice if anyone could help me.
