[cvsnt] Latest Updates - CVSNT 2.5.03 Build 2442

You can't use the binary files directly anymore...
They have to be installed in a folder tree system and there has to be
registry entries done too.
The installer will do that for you.

I gave up following these changes so my Innosetup installer for CVSNT is
now frozen at the version it is...

I downloaded the non-MSI Windows binary package 
(cvsnt-2.5.04.2442-bin.zip) but when I try to run "cvs.exe" I get a 
"Could not find Application Loader.  Check your installation." message. 
  Tried build 2428 and it had the same problem too.

btw, dependency walker shows that the "Link Checksum" does not match the

real one (0x000C6D89 vs. 0x000CCDF3).  The MD5 sum of the zip file 
matches that listed in the sums file.

Any ideas?
