[cvsnt] lsass failure with pserver

It wasn't Vista, it was XP with only IE 7 installed so I'm not sure how 
much of LSA was effected - if any. There is a new RC for it so I will try 
that.

Btw, I got the certificates right for "sserver" so now it crashes in the 
same way when I try the cvs login (passwords only) :-(. It is lsass.exe 
that crashes so I guess it is not cvsnt's problem anyway.
