[cvsnt] Installer Issue

I have recently tried installilng the upgrade 2.5.04.2442, and the
installer seems to fail. It doesn't ask for a reboot at the end, and
there is no control panel to look at the server, repository, and such. I
tried installing over a version installed and uninstalling all and doing
another fresh install. ?
