[cvsnt] CVSNT 2.6 database organisation

Hi

For CVSNT 2.6 will artifacts (i.e. files under version control) be
stored in the database, or will there be an option to store them outside
of the database?

Will the database be required to run locally to the CVSNT server or may
it run on another machine?
