No.  The commitinfo script runs on the server and doesn't have any 
communication channel back to the user except output only, relayed by 
the CVSNT server.

Better to put specific instructions on how to include confirmation with 
some usage of user variables or commit message encoding, if you need 
some special input from the user to trigger branching logic on the server.
