[cvsnt] Moving Repositories

I am new to CVS and CVSNT and have been asked to move 3 repositories.

Two of the repositories are CVSNT-based and presently reside on a
Windows box. The third lives on a Linux box, I assume it is a CVS
repository.

I need to move these repositories to a directory on a third machine,
which is also a Windows machine. The repositories are to remain
separate.

Could someone in the know please provide some guidance.
