[cvsnt] Virtual Machines

I used both a Vrtual PC image as a Windows XP server authenticting to my 
domain using SSPI where the domain controller was allso a Virtual PC image 
of Windows 2003 server.

Our Entire development for Department of Conservation (DOC) was done using 
this configuration & Tortoise clients
