[cvsnt] FW: Reg Mail configuration

Hi,

I am working as a SCM for 50+ users project. Please explain me How to
configure e mail in win cvs?

Also I need to configure the email to all users for

1.       While commit to branch as a SCM I need to get the notification
email from server.

2.       While creating a branch and tag  need to trigger a email to all
users

3.       is there any gui tool to admin purpose(branch names / who else
are having which access to branch) etc

also let me know use of the CVSROOT directory files

1,             notify_email  2, notify 3,    checkoutlist  4,
commit_email 5,  historyinfo 6,   shadow 7,   tag_email
