[cvsnt] creating repository remotely

Hi All,

Server: CVSNT 2.5.03(Scorpio) Build 2382
Client: WinCVS 2.0

I want to create repository remotely.
Following error generate:

Remote init commands have been disabled by the server administrator

I am using below command:
cvs -d :sspi:ws0i-0238/Repository init

In CVSNT Server i have enable the option "Allow remote init commands".

How can i create repository remotely?
