[cvsnt] Performance with CVSNT 2.5.x

That sounds like a network setup problem.  A few simple initial
questions: Is the domain an AD domain?  Is the CVSNT server's DNS set up
correctly so that all resolver addresses are domain controllers for the
appropriate domain?  Is non-CVSNT domain authentication also slow on
that machine, or is it only CVSNT?
