[cvsnt] download of older CVSNT 2.0.58d

Hi,

Can anyone guide me from where can I download CVSNT 2.0.58d ( for
windows 2000). I will try to install this version on another machine and
then copy my actual repository to it and finally try to upgrade to the
most recent cvsnt version.
