[cvsnt] CVSNT API

I was thinking also to something as Java Class or other languages to 
interact
with the server without execute line command statements.
Is there something as I have described ?

Audit seems able to trace some activity of users but not to store 
informations about all the
file properties as comment, author, date, ect.
