[cvsnt] CVS/Template File: No such file or directory

I am getting the following errors when trying to do an update. Anyone
have any ideas of why and how to get past it?

 

cvs server: Updating .

cvs server: Updating Identity

cvs.exe [update aborted]: cannot write <CVS/Template file>: No such file
or directory

 

Error, CVS operation failed
