[cvsnt] Unicode file line end defect on branch.

This is a known problem.

It was reported last year by a professional support customer so is fixed
in our commercial product, but the patch has not been merged into the
2.5.04 open source code yet.  If you build from the
CVSNT_BRANCH_2_5_03_2382 branch then you will get the fixed version.
