OK - so the RCS file is 576Mb - so that probably IS the problem 4808.
The bug is in the MS C run time library and upgrading to 2.5.03.2382
will not help.  We have implemented a workaround in the commercial
builds and it will be made available in  2.5.04 (probably around
August).
