Are you certain you are using the above URL?  Our bugzilla install has
two copies of every CGI file, eg: ttshow_bug.cgi which has no
permissions and show_bug.cgi which does have permission restrictions.
The above link is a tt link and should not have any restrictions.  If
you do still get "unauthorised" go to the main bugzilla page and make
sure you are logged out.
