[cvsnt] CVSNT and Windows XP Pro x64

I should mention that we do have 2.5.03 running on another file 
server (Windows XP Pro x86) right now.  We are trying to move 
the CVSNT server from Windows XP Pro x86 to Windows 
XP Pro x64.
