[cvsnt] Where have all the release notes gone?

Hi Torsten,

This was the subject of discussion some time ago.  When tony
reconfigured the server the blog disappeared.

In future all changes are going into tt/bugzilla, but as for finding the
old changes ...  I'll be producing a "new" format release note with
2.5.04 and it'll list the changes from 2.5.03...
