[cvsnt] chacl

cvs chacl -a read -u ronald.manlapao <dir>
   
  I have execute the above command but an error occured:
   
  cvs chacl: Cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file directory
  cvs: chacl in directory .:
  [chacl aborted]: CVS directory without administrative file present...
   
  please help!
