Thanks - that is indeed obvious. And I already did that: created a
group cvs where all cvs users belong to and granted full access for
the repository folders to that group. That works quite good apart from
the cited error message when using "cvs update -P".
So I still don't know what tokens cannot be opened (see logs) and why
"." cannot be checked if I'm not Administrator on the server.
