[cvsnt] CVSNT 2.5.04.2682 services don't start

Which version of Windows are you using?

What user did you install 2.5.04 as - Admiistrator, a member of
Administrators group etc.  Is this machine on a domain or is it a part
of a workgroup?

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
