Do you mean you've moved from CVSNT on Linux to CVSNT on Windows or from
CVS 1.x (on linux) to CVSNT 2.5.03 (on windows)?

Create a trace - read the trace - send the relavent bits to the
newsgroup (plus the actual command executed - strip out the %blah%
substitutions...
