Sachin,
Install the latest CVSNT on the server and on the client and use "cvs
passwd".

Actually i am fresher to this CVS. In my company we are using
pserver and Eclipse as the client tool.And it was my
task to create user and his password. But now we planning to
give authentication to user for changing his password
for the second time.Can you help me out of this.

The way the client would do this depends on the protocol
(eg: pserver,
sspi, ssh), the CVSROOT/config file SystemAuth setting
and the version
of cvs/cvsnt server.
