[cvsnt] Linking CVS with Siebel

Hello,

You probably need something that emulates Microsoft SCC (Source Code
Control) API. I do not know whether any CVS client that directly
implements MS SCC exists. There exist a few 3rd party tools doing that
job. We used this one for a while: http://www.pushok.com/soft_cvs.php to
connect CVS to MS-VS .NET 2003 and it was somehow usable.
