[cvsnt] branching and merging

I used chacl to configure branching and merging (in Win2k3 server) as
follows:-

 

D:\temp\sandbox>cvs chacl -R -r vishal_branch -u ss22151 -j
vishal_branch -a read,write module2

 

Cvs lsacl gives the result as follows:-

 

D:\temp\sandbox>cvs lsacl

Directory: module2

Owner: group2

 

user=ss22151,branch=vishal_branch,merge=vishal_branch

        read

        write

 

user=CVSUsers,branch=vishal_branch,message=error do not write

        read

        write

 

user=group1

        read

 

user=group2

        read

        write

        create

        tag

        control

 

user=sv48388,message=error do not write

        read

        write

        create

        tag

 

Now whenever user ss22151 tries to change something and commit the
change he gets the error:

 

cvs commit -m "no message" -- test.txt (in directory
D:\Branch\module2\test\)

cvs [server aborted]: "commit" requires write access to the repository

 

 

How to configure chacl for branching and merging?
