[cvsnt] verifymsg issues

Use forward slashes instead of backslashes:
DEFAULT C:/Python25/python.exe  D:/CVSNT/verifymsg.py

Can you submit your verifymsg.py source to the project - lots of people
ask about message verification and yet noone has ever actually submitted
a script.
