[cvsnt] CVS wants to remove directory when checking out/update

I see a variation of that message a lot on clients. It's generally caused
by some background process running on the client that is locking directories
that cvs update -P is trying to prune. The usual suspect is Microsoft
Indexing Service, but anti-virus or other such scanners can also cause it.
Arthur, is it possible that the message is really reporting a client
error? Or perhaps an error with an automatic checkout process on the
server?
